Individuals who wish to become part of our Green Market team must first qualify their products for sale. In accordance with our lease with the City of Stuart, vendors must provide: "...Sales to the general public of fresh produce, baked goods, plants and assorted foods and green products by independent vendors..." No re-sellers or corporate distributors will be allowed, and at this time, we will not be accepting applications for jewelry vendors.

As mentioned on our Vendor Application, our Market operates year round, rain or shine every Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. All vendor spaces are 10x10 spaces and do require a tent (any color, tent weights MUST be used when conditions call for such). The individual vendor is responsible for any display, set-up, signage, etc. Water use and electricity are available for vendor use upon request. The Market reserves the right to limit certain products and numbers of vendors for the benefit of the Green Market as a whole. Every product which is presented for sale must be approved in advance by the Green Market Manager, and new products brought by existing vendors are subject to the same approval.

Upon initialing the Vendor Application, each purveyor of a market product agrees that they possess the regulatory licenses, permits, inspections, tax documents, etc. which may be required by local and state agencies. It is the sole responsibility of the individual vendor to obtain such documentation, as the Stuart Green Market is unable to provide advice or information regarding regulatory issues.
