Butter and Yoghurt Workshop at Ground Floor Farm
September 19th -- 10am-12:30pm
Learn to make these cornerstone dairy staples, using simple techniques and ingredients. We'll churn butter, and learn about culturing and making compotes. We'll also learn about yoghurt making, incubation, and flavoring. Each participant will go home with their own yoghurt starter culture.
